It could be done, but it's better to fill it with ink, because ink is more liquid than paint, and it also flows much better than paint!

I've never tried with home made ghetto krink, since i don't know how to make it and if it's gonna work thru the nib...I can just tell you that i've had some problems with OINK INK, because it couldn't flow properly through the nib and couldn't drip.

If you want to make some badass dippy tags, use Nero D'inferno or Grog buff proof INK(i don't know if grog paint's gonna leak equally).

people who are having flow problems with their ink should pop out the regulator and get some sort of skewer and puncture the nib from both sides, depending on how much of the nib you puncture will depend on how drippy your tags will come out , hope this helps!

Last night I kept pumping and squeezing it against card board for 5mins and it came thru strong all of a sudden. Maybe somehow it got clogged after first time use, we'll see how it works tonight.

well, just REPLACE the nib....if you're usin the LONG mohair one, try the short mohair: ink flows better and it has a nice resistance. watch out :)

I put in red INK (water thin) and I get no drips. I can squeeze all I want and it just comes out as a even clean line. I took out the spring regulator and NO INK came out at all! So I put it back in and it just gives clean lines. Whats up

I've had the same problem with OINK INK, Original Black: i was kinda disappointed,cuz oink is very very thin, but it couldn't drip out of the squeezer:

The only suggestion i can give you is to try different inks, and just compare them.
