I don't think so. You see from Control, to Rhythm Nation, to Janet to the Velvet Rope, Janet's moves have always been more intricate. Michael repeated the same moves over and over from Thriller to History. Yeah he can do those spins and glides, but his actual choreography was not as hard as Janet's. And Janet changed it up everytime. She went from disco, to jack swing, to sexy, to tribal, to pop n lockin, that's why i think Janet is better
