I've heard that chasm means the same as rift. So could this game also be named: Rift - The Chasm? Or does this sound stupid for English native speakers?

Is this a shotgun-only game?

No. I made use of all weapons in the game. Besides, I don't see a shotgun only game being possible, especially since the Viking trap of the Boss level of Episode 3 is very much impossible without using other weapons.

This game definetly kicked quakes ass in its time becuase of the graphics and realistic effects like arms falling off of enemies

this game was a blaitent rip off of quake and

that cheap tombraider mimic game [i forgot the name sounded like soulcaliber you controlled some blonde haired women ]

Excalibur. There was a girl with a very wide sword there. I'd play that one again!
