We need workers compensation reform. There was a huge increase in the number of claims that had been rejeted only to end up in an apeals proccess where up to 90% of the decisions were overturned.
WCB is a private insurance company that Canadian businesses have to insure their employees with. When the WCB denies services to injured workers the taxpayer is left with millions of dollars worth of medical care and loss of productivity.
WCB makes a profit at our expense, legistation needs to change.
And Harper is supposedly an economics major? He bought his majority with fear mongering & promises that only he had the answers to fix everything.(that & vote splitting). Prepare to be reamed for at least the next 4 years. He offered no answers, only attacks, & impossible promises backed with lots of smoke & mirrors & voters still handed him the reins to lead us off the cliff...

Fire all the civil servants in charge of figuring out how the country's budget should be balanced (To save the taxpayers money) then hire private consultants who will do it at three times the price. The benefit is, they'll only tell you only things you want to hear, not the truth, like some pesky civil servants might.
