How did "Genjin" get translated as "Kid"?

@fingersmaloy Thats not a direct translation of course. But in some of the original Japanese literature, the name 'PC Kid' (written in English) has been used. This suggests that is was the original chosen name for the title in the west, and was used by many importers at the time.
