you prob need a a capacitor to get your led to work, I just built that pedal and had that problem, you can get a led that comes with it built in, nice bulid!
How do you mean BYOC does not supply them? You mean the housing, the casing? I ordered the script phaser and they also shipped the housing with the rest of the stuff. Maybe they forgot to inclose it in your shipment?
I built mine and it sounds really good. Depending on what silicon transistors they send you it has a light clip and really is a nice addition to the pedal board. Check out my vids for the ESV fuzz face clone.
If the led doesn't work and it isn't a result of your soldering, probably just go pick up a new led for 50 cents and put that in there. I have this coming in the mail with the ESV Fuzz Face clone. Gonna do both. Cool video.
hey, i just built one of these too. nice work. where did you get the enclosure and footswitch and whatnot for it? got directions?... mine just came with the circut and in and out jacks, so i can use it but its not a legit pedal.
Hey if you want to install the BYOC Confidence booster go to the BYOC forms. There is a ton of info there on how to set this up. I too built one and am now sourcing the parts to enclose it.

Playing an Epi LP. Actually it was really easy to make. Just bought a Radio Shack soldering iron and soldered it together.

Not for the confidence boost they don't. For all the other builds they do, but for $15 the kit is priced right for what it does.
