@slashroxgnr Illegal stuff only makes up about 10% of the 'deep web'. It's mainly unused sites, government files, pdf files, encrypted websites or non-HTML/text content. The deep web could be anything that isn't indexed. The wikipedia page gives a good explanation.

okay im interested in exploring the deep web. besides the drugs and murrders and kiddie porn like ive heard so much about.. what else is on here? i never hear about anything else being on there and i didnt think it was right because of how big the deep web is.. can someone tell me things that are on here.. good and bad.. thanks

@slashroxgnr Illegal stuff only makes up about 10% of the 'deep web'. It's mainly unused sites, government files, pdf files, encrypted websites or non-HTML/text content. The deep web could be anything that isn't indexed. The wikipedia page gives a good explanation.

I'm someone who wanted to explore the deep web ONLY because I was expecting it to look all matrixy and shit, but upto now I've seen none of this shit (I'm not very IT savvy, but i like learning things).
Anyway, my point is, so far I've seen NOTHING of interest about the hidden web, so yeah, Imma stick to living and leave that shit alone. It actually looks quite boring if I'm to be honest .:|

@MineCraftCenteral1 what i have read about hidden wiki and the deep web, only a small part of it is of the illegal part, and the rest is things that could b useful. i just watched a video saying that nasa alone has something like 585 tb of data on the deep web. pretty much the only way to know for sure what is there and ehy u would need to go there is to go there and check it out, and no i have not been there

@jerrichj On the hidden wiki, there is a lot of illegal stuff, not small percentages. There is an entire section in the wiki devoted to drugs, and in another section you can hire hitmen and buy stolen stuff. believe me, there is a LOT of illegal stuff there.

@TheGlock80 I don't know, it seems to me like the Mariana Web and the Deep Web Levels chart were made by trolls to lure idiots into going onto the deep web without the proper protection so they can hack them or get them to go on to a CP site where they will probably get FBI'd... If you can't find information on it then it seems highly unlikely that the Mariana Web exists. Also I thought it was highly illegal shit, not secret files.

I don't think anyone really killed somebody because of those sites over the deepweb. If somebody pays for a hitman, the site owner would probably take the money and disappear.
There isn't really anything scary on the deepweb besides cp and some secret stuff, and no body will ever catch you if you know how to protect yourself.

@amidacos i still don´t know for sure, some say it´s real, some say it´s not. i have a friend who is a serious hacker, (he used to ddos) he says it is real but even he doesn't know what's on it. I'm wondering how this "deepest part of the web" can be any illegal shit since it's too difficult to get to and illegal stuff is all over the deep web. My guess is that if it's real, it's government secrets, classified information or something.

There is lot of bad shit on the deep web, but theres also alot of good shit, and if your using the TOR network, you will be anonymous, it changes ip, isp, mac adress etc., and remember, there are over 5 billion people out there, why the fuck would the police/fbi/what ever check YOU up? :P
