to record a video from pc means to decrease fps and on ps3 or an xbox you dont need to decrease your fps because you have to use a tv tuner/capture card .. this is why on this vid graphics look worse than on 360 . never compare a console to some pc because pc is upgradeable but consoles are NOT (except the hard drive )....
