have you had any health issues from using the ground venison to make jerky? I harvested a nice doe and have about 20 pounds of ground meat and I'd like to do something other than burgers with it. I think it would be good to make some jerky. Ive made it out of ground beef before, but never venison. Have you ever gotten sick from it?
