The X concourse has been abandoned, instead HKIA will create several midfield concourses e.g. the toaster layout.
In HKIA's 3rd runway proposal, they create a new terminal in the layout of Y,I,Y. We have to wait till HK releases the results of the 3rd runway though.

the X concourse is done!
i been there for my flight. you have to take abus and it drive you to that terminal. i noticed that terminal is more for domestic flight
