My bet is that Puke full 3rd gen Jerseyans are loopy enough to buy into the political rhetoric that politicians like diapers should be changed frequently and for the same reason! They may also be gullable enough to believe that the way to realy, realy shake out the rug is to put a person from neither party in office (teaching them both a lesson in customer service).
Herein lies the rub; New Jersey is full of dreamers, musicians, clowns, actors, scientists, mad and moderate, teachers, wizards, magicians, computer gurus, bio farmers micro farmers organic farmers fishermen hunters genetic engineers geneticists and we even have a unicorn running around in the pine barrens called the Jersey Devil.
If we can total up all the New Jerseyans and still have 50% of the total residents who have been here for more than 2 generations I think Dagget will win.
I was beginning to think that the state was headed for insolvency, that the state didn't want to be saved, that it couldn't be saved, and that the sheeple would vote for the status quo.
The positive sentiments I received at Newark Penn Station passing out Campaign info for Dagget prove otherwise... Do not underestimate his polling strength...
