Don't forget, guys, there is such thing as an animatronic costume. Everybody's favorite wookiee used one. Yes, there is a man inside the bear but some parts of the costume are animatronic. Very often in such costumes it's used just for the face so that the costume mask has a wider range of expressions than a standard mask would.
