It was nice once you finished with the relaxation part, but for me it took far too long to get there. I finally just forwarded the video b/c I didn't want to spend almost 9 minutes doing that. If you meditate regularly it shouldn't take that long to get to that point. However it was nice after that and different from other meditations.

@hether83 Good for you! Yes it does still work if you fall asleep. 30 min before sleep is the best time to listen but I know it is very relaxing so it is normal to fall asleep. Keep listening and you will see a difference.
