i think he can not afford not to practice it. it is part of his lifestyle. he is such a grounded, relaxed and peaceful person. very impressive how meditating and centering ourselves, and just being ...can make a difference in itself. i felt so so much his energy. he did not need to say anything. who he is peace and ripples around.
