  • Where is the short recoil? How long is it?

  • Awesome!

  • The video is a bit misleading. The slide should begin to move rearward as soon as the bullet begins to leave the cartridge. That's one of Newton's laws of motion.

  • space shuttles REALLY kill people! You need to hold the gun SideWays fools!

Homeboy had the glock but he got Shot 357 ways to simmer a saute!

  • whats is name of this program please tell mi ..

  • Random fact: in the time it took to fire one bullet on this video, a real G18 would have fired 780 rounds.

  • @CurtisWithCannabis To fire 780 rounds in the video (39 seconds), That'd be 100 rounds a second. Or is your full name CurtisWithCannabisInside? Just kidding...

  • @SamMassages 780 / 39 = 20 rounds per second.

  • @CurtisWithCannabis I stand corrected.

  • @CurtisWithCannabis That's blazing. Can the G18 really fire off rounds at that rate?

  • Guns don't kill people. I kill people, with guns

  • Guns are awesome

  • @ajpeters12 thanks on the demonstration! :P the glock is a bit more stronger than the Mauser....

  • Guns don't kill people. It's the guns user. You can kill with screwdriver also....

  • Very cool thumbs up

  • What program did you use for this video?

  • Fuck you cock sucker

  • FNP-45 FTW!

  • To Anti-Gun people: Yes, guns have consequences. And one of those consequences is your freedom, wars were won by your country with guns for your freedom. War was not won by treaties and well-crafted letters. You are obviously liberals with the mental capacity of a squirrel.

  • @HackerAndBootSniffer I agree that guns are just tools and I don´t blame guns........I even like them^^

But : If you have a gun, you´re more likely to get hit by A gun (not always yours) AND: This isn´t any motherfuckin´ bullshit, this is the truth...........

BTW: I totally agree with you, that some wars, especially 2. WW, had to be won with guns!

But that´s not always necessery, take a look at Mahatma Ghandi.......

  • Gun controllers - who will have guns in this utopia where guns are outlawed? (drumroll,..) outlaws! There are tribesmen in Afghanistan who whittle guns out of nothing but railway iron and hand tools, power the bullets with match-heads. So how easily will 1st world criminals get around bans? Pandora's box is open, you can't erase the collective knowledge. Since the dawn of time there's been an arms race: teeth & claws, scales and armour; guns are a fact of life.

  • now i can make a gun now all i need now is a spring....

  • @theintensegamer178 Buy memory wire, coil it around a cylinder, heat it up.

    have fun blowing yourself up.

  • Glocks are beautiful, beautiful machinery.

  • @iluv2viddyfilms I´m from Austria and I think that the glock sucks dicks...........a .45 ACP USP or a .50 AE Desert Eagle is much much much much much more sexy

  • @NoNamer123456789 i hate you

  • @metalfaust19 what for.....because I don´t like glocks........just the Full-Auto glock 18 is cool^^

  • @NoNamer123456789 Sexyness doesn't mean shit. The .50 Desert Eagle is an impractical and overpriced POS that is way too sensitive to the powder you use and your ammo's jacket.

Change to a different brand? Powder will fuck up the gas system. Different ammo jacket? Lead down your gas system.

Besides, the gas port will block after a few shots and if you ruin it you have to send it to a gunsmith, you can't fix it at home.

  • @bf2lover42 still......i´d be more afraid of a person with a Desert Eagle, than a Glock (I know you can shoot 9mm Para with the Deagle too!)

okay okay.......9mm Para will hurt, very very much, but imagine a .50 AE!!!!!!!!

  • @NoNamer123456789 The only thing in favour to the DE is it's accuracy and the sheer power of the cartridges it fires. It has a fixed barrel which makes it more accurate than tilting barrel designs. That's why some people buy them for hunting.

But I am more afraid of a 9mm gun. They are more easily concealed, are cheaper, easier to control and train with (less maintenance, less sore wrists, cheaper ammo) and easier to obtain illegally.

DEs are too expensive to be used by gangs

  • @bf2lover42 yeah you´re right....BUT I said that a .50 AE will hurt much more

and I don´t owe a gun so I´d be still very scared of a Desert Eagle^^

  • @nighthawk121180 ME TOO!!

  • Blaming a gun for a crime is like blaming the pencil for failing a test.........

  • @cfroemming17 ...so... you're tryna say it's not the pencil's fault?

  • @Sevnfurdy lol...exactly..

  • @cfroemming17 WELL SAID. I love it when people have sense :3

  • @nighthawk121180 No, your web browser did.

  • I have a gif of this.

  • @megalenellmith I think the new cartridge ejects the shell?

  • @Ex7a5y

then what about the last round

  • @Ex7a5y There is a piece of metal on the frame that the slide pulls the case into that knocks it out of the gun. It's called the ejector.

  • What program is this ?

  • now i know it. fav

  • aaahhhhhh now i understand

  • i kill people , with MY DICK

  • @michaelablelol No, please use your member for genétaliaaaa

  • Guns don't kill people...

  • @dustymiller65 I kill people, with GUN.

  • Stop watching Fox news.

  • @gOoOdViBrAtIoNs08 im 15 and own 4 handguns and 1 shotgun.

  • Wow, looks so weird to see the barrel actually move like that.

  • @Blakut Yeah. I didn´t know it moves at all.

  • @gOoOdViBrAtIoNs08 i live in the netherlands, a democratic constitutional monarchy that is very strict on gun ownage. They are only legal for hobby shooters with a permit wich is really hard to get, and for certain professions. its why there is a low crime / murder rate in our country, and yours is damn high

  • You pro-gun americans are stupid, thats why 51 people die in america because of murder every DAY, Guns are for killing, if your house is getting invaded by criminals, you dont have time to go grab your gun idiots, besides an armed man will get shot sooner than an unarmed man!

    \

    Ignorant jackasses

  • @SoundOfDnB thats british talk. tell that to the 24000 dead home invaders in the United States of America courtesy of the 2nd amendment.

  • @blacknyellow778 nu but seriously, here in the netherlands we legalized soft drugs, there is a low number of drug addicts in this country, we have extremely empty prisons, so they import them from other countries!

America has over 1.5 million drug criminals in prison! we have 12.000, 5000 of them were from other countries such as belgium and germany.

  • so thats how a gun works.is it a glock

  • ohhh thts y glocks barrels tilt up when they shoot.....awesome

  • @blacknyellow778 I see a small Flaw within that, What if a child gets ahold of that gun? cause you would have that gun somewhere, and when your doing something, the kid would go exploring your room, or whatever place you put the gun in, and find the gun! and certain things may happen, he might run up to you and say 'Bang bang I got you and killed you on accident, not knowing it was a real gun, Or he would shoot his bullies at school, the consiquenses are very bad if we all have guns in our homes

  • @BoneCruncher47 you are absolutely right. if a child gets a hold of a pistol then the adult is a culpable moron. however most owners of firearms in the united states are aware and proactive in regards to gun safety so you situation which is very realistic would never happen to me or any responsible gun owner. only to some idiot trashy loser.

  • @gOoOdViBrAtIoNs08 I'm 16 and i have guns, that I purchased by myself. Not my parents. I legally bought them in the peoples republic of Massachusetts.

  • you more or less fail at physics

  • I didn't see the part where it exploded

  • Guns are just tools! The blame is on the user not on them!!!!

  • @jeranemoXD True, if we had peace there wouldn't be any guns or bombs. They're an extension of our inner essences. Just like clothes. Nudity is peace.

  • @jeranemoXD I still don`t understand, why people need to kill other people just for simple things as their opinion, different culture or whatever. If i don`t agree with someone we split paths and go each our way of life. Period. Evolution gave us cell phones, computers, television, microwaves and stuff. But on the other hand no moment in the evolution managed to show mankind the uselessness of killing each other. Still nations show off with their warpower.

  • @iiiYEDDLEiii Well, yeah exactly! People are dumb. Our human nature is to blame. No piece of tecnology has ever harmed anyone intentionally, however people kill and violate each other to the left and to the right. Why? Just to gain some money, respect or power. For example the bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. What was it good for? Just to show off before the Russians. Anyways, in the end everybody dies and just as one doesnt want to be killed, he shouldn't kill others, nature will do it...

  • @jeranemoXD Let's not forget that minor detail of the atom bombs being dropped on Japan ending their assault on the U.S.

  • When you fire your last round and the slide remains open on the slide stop, and you feed a new magazine in and release the slide stop, it automatically feeds another round into the chamber, doesn't it? So if you did want that to happen, would you just release the slide stop, then feed the magazine in?

  • @DHScherocha didn't want that to happen*

  • @DHScherocha the easiest way to reload is to insert a new magazine and release the slide with either the slide release on the left side (with thumb) or to pull back the slide and let go. If you want a fresh magazine without the gun being loaded, release the slide then insert a new magazine. If the gun has a hammer (like a M9) also decock it, because it must be cocked anyway to chamber a new round.

  • @rbandgh3 Thanks for the reply, cleared it up with the glock. With the M9, how would you go about safely decocking it if a round is already in the chamber? Would you just hold the hammer with your thumb and slowly let it back into decocked position whilst pressing the trigger? If it's double action, to ensure absolute safety, would you eject the mag, then pull back the slide to pop the round out that's already in the chamber?

  • @rbandgh3 whether or not it is single or double action, if you want to make a gun safe, release the mag and rack (pull back) the slide to eject the round. With guns that have exposed hammers (M9, 1911 etc) you CAN pull the trigger while holding the hammer, and let it down. But this is dangerous, because if you slip, the gun will fire. The M9 has a built in decocker, which is part of the safety. All you do it put the safety on, and it will safely decock the firearm.

  • How can it come that you can legally own a gun before you can buy booze in america, how messed up isn't just that

  • @Legoweapond The Constitution wooped the breweries.

  • where is the part of the video where it blows up?

  • @friesstuffable im sorry you sont know what an exclamation mark is.. youre such a stud carrying your pistol.. i am impressed now.. dipshit. stop making extraneous comments assbag

  • @friedstuffable thank you for stating the blatantly obvious.. so home invasions are predictable! hippie. i have a family to protect, if u feel well doing so with a kitchen knife then have fun..

  • Comment removed

  • @insovjetrussiaa well then one would argue that the black market will always have guns regardless... every citizen should have the right to bear arms.

  • Ya unfortunately in UK not allowed guns unless you're a farmer and then olny a shitty shotgun and there's a lot of paperwork shit

  • @ShriekingDeathBat It's a socialist country. The British are subjects not citizens. It's an unfortunate thing. The people there are well educated and good people, even throughout the riots. Armed citizens would have stopped much of that...

  • @ShriekingDeathBat well norway is only 5-10 hours away haha (almost no gun restrictions, you can even buy suppressors at you local gun store) and you can thank all of the rioters for the strict gun control

  • @metroid877 I want to live in Finland though...

  • @ShriekingDeathBat finland is close to sweden and i belive there are no restrictions there either but i do belive finland does :/ just look up supressors there will be a article on restrictions it will tell you about most countries' restictions of suppessors and fully automatic might have a article on restictions

  • @ShriekingDeathBat on wikipedia i forgot to mention

  • @gOoOdViBrAtIoNs08

"if ur gonna kill some1 ur gonna do it no matter wat"

    This is entirely false.

The more difficult, the less likely you are to do it. And guns just make it too easy.

Communist countries could take guns away because there weren't a lot in the first place.

US government can't take your guns away because 1- it's in the Constitution 2- there are simply too many around.

But in any case, your government still decides what gun you can have, and they always make sure to outgun you.

  • Glock!!! Ftw!

  • howdy

  • Glock #FTW

  • hj hj hj hj hj hj hj hj hj hj hj hj hj hj hj hj

  • @SteelSkin667

Absolutely!! whats your point? theu shouldnt rape, murder or steal either. leavinge

with a kitchen knife vs a stolen Mossberg seems retarded.. assuming thats what you meant anyway....

  • @steelskin667 absolutely! whats your point? they shouldnt steal, rape, murder or do drugs either. So you take my gun away meanwhile he steals one and im left with a kitchen knife? Really?

  • So at 0:20 how does the bullet randomly fly up ?

  • @MicroTrotter

    wow. ur an idiot

  • @TMiller556 Wow i don't mess around with guns...

  • @MicroTrotter

it's not a bullet, it's a shell casing. and it's being ejected from the gun after the round is fired :)

  • @TMiller556 Oh yeah, i realise that now :L the bullet flies out, i didn't watch it properly even though i should know, so does the force just push it back ? :L

  • @MicroTrotter

it's not in this video but the expanding gas from the burning gunpowder that pushes the bullet out of the barrel, also pushes back on the empty cartridge case. Basically there's gas going in the direction that the bullet is and also in the opposite direction. So yes the force of the gas pushes back on the breech face (the thing directly behind the cartridge case) which compresses the recoil spring. By the time the recoil spring reaches full compression, the casing is already out

  • @MicroTrotter fuckin dumbass! XD LOL

  • @MicroTrotter near the back of the bullet there is a little indent and that gets caught by a part in the gun not illustrated here, causing the shell to eject.

  • @SquarishBall Ah thank you, somebody that isn't taking the piss and actually knows :P

  • what´s the name of thaat pistol? cuz i always wanted to know the name of that pistol and it is similar at m9

  • nice

  • 2 and 8 = Failure to fire

  • Is it just me or does anyone else find it interesting to think how long the bullet is already out of the barrel before we even see the shell eject?

  • @PvtMartin78 i find it interesting too :D

  • Im Gunna Go Get A bowl of cereal when i come back this comment better be on to

  • no the shell PUSHES the round

  • 8 then 9 black and yellow

  • @ajpeters12 which program is this ?

  • @TrevsA7X1 Adobe Flash.

  • @TrevsA7X1 YouTube

  • lol

  • @XxPye So are you saying since crime is higher in the states citizens should only be able to buy baseball bats? the right to bear arms is nothing to scoff at. even the japanese said during ww2 that a invasion of the unites states would be suicide. Because so many americans own firearms. not everyone lives in a gated community next to a country club and travels ro europe.

  • what's the program name

  • having a gun for home defense is something that should be granted to all law abiding citizens. if a criminal can get one i should have the right to shoot him when he invades my home.

  • @blacknyellow778 im visiting england right now. And Europe in general has such low crime, that a buglary makes top news. In America, its too easy to buy a gun, even a pistol. Its hard to rob a store with a knife, but with a gun its too easy. Sure people should be able to own guns, but the laws should be stricter. Like children under 16 cannot own even a pistol.

  • @xXPye You're a liar. In the UK Britain & other European countries they're having a huge problem now with Knife murders & gang related Knife murders. You lying libs just like you lie about the Fast & Furious government gun running program to Mexican cartels.

  • @xXPye Youre wrong .There are a lot problems with knife crimes etc in Europe. Bad guys dont need to buy gun to kill someone they can do that by kicking and punching. Despite strict law there are a lot of armed gangs in UK connected to drugs dealing etc.Bad guys always can buy a gun on black market and even strickest law wont stop them - good guys will be stopped to own the gun by law to defend themselves.Goverment doesnt want people to own weapon because they are defenceless and easy to rule

  • @garden2010city You might have a lot of crime in the UK but just as everyone claims the UK isn't Europe, neither is Europe the UK. Gun control varies wildly throughout Europe depending on the country in question, yet there's no specific relation to crime rates amongst these countries because it has much more to do with culture and most of all the influx of non-Western immigrants (which lack our Western culture) and much less with gun control or tough laws on crime.

  • @xXPye

When SHTF, you'll be eating a lot of shit. Enjoy...

  • @blacknyellow778 On the other hand criminals shouldn't be able to get a hold of a gun in the first place.

  • @blacknyellow778 you do know that in the uk if someone was to step into my home un invited and i did not want him in my home i would be allowed as self defence to strike him also if it was a burgalar if he came in obviously un invited and was threatening me with guns or knives as my defence i would be alowed to stab him or even shoot him because it is my property and he is invading it and he is on my property un invited :) cool eh

  • @blacknyellow778 2nd amendment in the u.s constitution :)

  • @ThePandaThunder Lisa Simpson

  • @blacknyellow778 you actually can shoot him if he invades your property hell you can hit him with an axe

  • @blacknyellow778 I agree with you about the weapon thing but it's the US law that enables the "criminal" too have a gun. If any other country hardened gun laws even more then there would be less guns and there-to-come less criminals to own guns ( and less in the black market ) "Not from an English-Speaking country"

  • @insovjetrussiaa well the your saying the us gun laws makes for more availability for criminals. sure. but to say that they wouldnt have them if all guns were outlawed is complete bullshit. cocaine, marijuana, heroine are all illegal, yet they still exist. the only thing banning gun ownership would do is take guns away from the everyday joe like me that works pays taxes and wants to defend his family.

  • Comment removed

  • @insovjetrussiaa History has shown that a country that doesn't allow its citizens to be armed is in fact a weak country in many ways. One of the first things Hitler did was disarm Germany. He was free to do anything he wanted to his people. What they should have done was pop every SS that tried to arrest or confiscate their guns. A free and armed society is a good society...

  • @blacknyellow778 LMAOOO...!!! the truth has never been so funny...

  • @blacknyellow778---It was granted to all law abiding citizens by the US Constitution. We are being tyrannized by the left(Democrats/liberals et.al.).

  • @KnightTemplar1000 Don't categorise people or expect that a certain political spectrum will always be against a certain policy. I would be classed as leftist to you, but included in that political philosophy for me, is the right of every law abiding citizen to bear arms. Many of my "leftist" friends feel the same way and own weapons. It actually makes more sense that a liberal espouse the freedom of gun ownership, over conservatives, who often denounce personal freedoms in the name of "security"

  • @blacknyellow778 Guns are for KILLING and not for defense! Owning one should get your ass in Jail!

  • AUSTRIA!!!

  • nice animation!

  • I thought the same thing, I have never heard of a gun with a barrel shifting, you would think it would effect the accuracy of the shot. I don't know much about Glocks, but over time wouldn't the barrel loosen? From moving around so much I mean?

  • I never knew that the Glock's barrel would shift while cycling into a new cartridge.

  • well.. to be precise, the sliding backward action takes place while the bullet is in the barrel.. and when i leaves immediately the next one is placed in the chamber...

  • Find the internactive animation in here:

    w w w(dot)sniperworld(dot)com / flash / version16_tgs(dot)swf

  • like if you want to know what animating software is used!!

  • I was just watching a TV show when one of the people pulled back a hammer on a glock. I knew it was bullshit.

  • Didn't know the whole barrel moved when the slide is pulled back

  • @DerkaDog It has to in order for the next round to be able to go into the chamber.. Notice how it angles down towards the magazine

  • what is the name of the website

  • What pistol is reliable, 5.56mm, 7.62mm or 9mm? what's for ladies n what's for men ( average asian ). I have a lady handling the glock knock her nose.

  • @TheMrbeanmsia It is really what works best for you. There is no perfect gun for everyone. some choose 9mm, some 45, some 40s&w, some 38 special, and lots lots more! Its what works for you, not what everyone else says. They all prove to be reliable

  • @TheMrbeanmsia 5.56mm and 7.62mm are rifle rounds. If you had to pick a defensive handgun, I'd say get a .40S&W or a .357SIG (Not .357 Magnum, there is a difference).

  • I love glock

  • what makes the shell casing fly upwards?

  • @adamcrookedsmile The impact! The gun opens exactly at the same time when the bullet goes outta the shell.

  • @adamcrookedsmile

That interests me too, I assume the gas from the round, but I could be mistaken.

  • What makes the barrel move back against that spring? what is the energy source??

  • @kirbienstien: the barrel doesn't move backwards!?

the pressure in the barrel accelerates the bullet, and the same preassure forces the cartridge "backwards", thats whats actuates the slide/cycles the mechanism.

  • Nice double-action-only operation. A true modern pistol.

  • @Pill88Dickle You chose to start an argument with a rude comment, I decided to defend myself...

  • @Pill88Dickle Well, Internet fights are like the Special Olympics...even if you win, you're still retarded.

  • @Pill88Dickle ...or I saw it and thought "wow, that's really funny, I'm going to post it on another video so others can see it." Commenting isn't all about getting thumbs up, you ignorant asswipe.

  • @Pill88Dickle I'm sorry that it displeases you that I did not look at comments from 5 months before I posted mine. Good detective work, Twatson.

  • @Pill88Dickle Thumbs up whore? I don't think I've ever requested thumbs up. Oh, and forgive me for not saying "Copyright to original commenter, All Rights Reserved." I was unaware that YouTube laws were so strict.

  • i have a blake clock

  • how does the gun reload itself? i dont get it. like how does the slide go back again?

  • @ChicoRiono gas pressure from previous shot

  • som badass engineering I say

  • In reality, the barrel and slide move to the rear as the bullet transits the bore.
