You can't tear down the Muse Wheats. You said you were gonna go up with it. Inspired by that I did it on my own map, at 3 levels now, aiming for 5 as materials permit. I did expand it out one row either way though and put a channel down the center so I could light the whole thing with a variation of the water curtain, the lava curtain...no point for guessing what that is

@TheMinecraftMuse put a water source at a corner of every sheep pit and dig out the bottom most block of the opposite corner in the pin and connect all of the open corners to an underground canal to a collection point, so you can stand above each pit, shear all of the sheep and all of their wool will funnel down to a single collection point. Also for the staircase in the tower, you can place fence posts in the center to keep you from falling in, but the smaller profile of the fence post makes it easier to walk up and down the stairs vs the more intrusive solid blocks in the center

To get the sheep out, build pistons and embed them in the ground on the outside edge of each pit and just wire them up to a switch so you can pop stairs up at will. If you put the piston one deep and place sand on top, the sand will raise up as stairs then fall down back into place when the piston is shut off

Tip for the sheep farm:

Switch the flooring to signs, and a big-ass water canal under it, and then you can just shear the sheep and collect the wool somewhere else! And then some kind of grass tunnels on the sides of the pits would be useful.

You should make an anti-creeper pit! Surround the sheep pens with a two deep, single wide ditch that creepers will fall into instead of into the sheep pens. But make it far enough away so that you don't have to walk by it while wandering too close to your pens. Make a small bridge to go over! Also...light the pen haha
