He also agreed to get tested 30 days and 1 week prior to the fight and right after the fight. If I were Pacquiao...I will not agree to Gayweathers terms man. He is still requesting blood and urine tests and will petition the NSAC to conduct the tests. They are trying see how close to the fight the tests will be effective to have a cut off period.
