My sister was killed in an auto crash because she fell asleep at the wheel. She was only 16 years old. I was 13. I made the decision never to drive then as I knew how easily I fall asleep in a car. I have been diagnosed as having sleep apnea and I am now 60-years old. The life that I saved may have been mine, or yours! The transport driver was so devastated but there was nothing that he could have done to prevent the crash.. One second can affect anyone. Please, do not drive tired.
