I thank my God I was born Italian and not Anglo or Celtic, because when I want Italian food I know how to cook real Italian food from scratch, not simply throwing together horrid concoctions like this.

I am sure you are right about the lack of authenticity because her Souvlaki was just plain wrong.
On the other hand I find her rather attractive so keep on watching her botched recipes.
