I think that maybe the investigators were leaving and she was trying to challenge you while someone was stopping her.

@LaVivaRebel The one in the tub was a private residence in Portland that used to be a men's boarding house. The one with the gun was a private residence in Marion County where there were bulletholes in one of the bedrooms upstairs when the owners bought the house!

Hard to say what the meaning was behind that statement. In that situation, we were in a basement and opened a door which contained a tiny room with a built-in bench which was painted dark midnight blue inside and had locks OUTSIDE of it. It was very strange, and nobody had any idea what this room may have been used for. When we opened the door, we got that EVP.
Nice evps ! I absolutely love evps, and have many myself. In the come back one, I hear also, "don't leave" and "help me" or "hear me". Really enjoyed them !
Especially since I got "Karen looks up to me" while doing a "Fear" dare with another ghost group where I was supposed to contact the ghost bride in the bridal suite, where she was murdered on her wedding day! When we heard this EVP when I came back downstairs, we pretty much all freaked out! LOL
Actually getting paranormal evidence is fairly simple as long as the ghosts cooperate! I will say at this point we use a much more expensive digital recorder then we started out with. Everybody has their fav equipment; doesn't mean that one is necessarily better than the others.
Just ask basic questions such as what is their name, do you have anything to say, etc. Never ask them questions that pertain to YOU - if you want them to talk to you ask them about THEM. :)
Yes, I agree with the idea of residual hauntings. Some of those were so clear but seemed as if they were parts of long ago conversations or someone just talking to themselves. Some of the others made the hair on my arms stand up. Very nice work. Thank you:)
if these are real recordings its good but suspiciously too clear so it might be a residual type of haunting where everything repeats itself in time why these seem like random messages than a haunting where a spirit would communicate directly with the investigators anyways thumb up to you ghostgal
I only used the clearest EVP's to showcase here...we have many more that are too faint or just not intelligible and I didn't want to use those. We've been very lucky to have very clear EVP's- it's all about the frequency, baby. :)
Yes- the last one where she says, "You like looking at me" freaked the hell out of us. We didn't hear her at the time, but the front door opened and the candle blew out before we got that one. So it's a little freaky!

That is a good one- that was recorded in a private residence where someone was known to be shot in one of the upstairs bedrooms. Don't know if they are connected, but odd that this is the EVP we received?

I don't disagree- it will always be hard to prove ANY evidence to anyone else unless they were there during the investigation. We'll just keep plugging away at it though. :)
i remember one black friday of 2007, my cousin was waiting for his dad and this clear evp was heard my us. it was demonic, unfortunately i didn't have any equipment to capture evidence
I use a high end Olympus Digital Recorder. I also use Adobe Audition to check the frequencies. You can use any brand, however. Analog works too, but just make sure you use an external microphone to cut down on the sound that the reels will make.

Thanks Doll! :) They can answer specific questions, but most of the time they just speak randomly. Much of the time they answer OUR conversations which were not directed at them...like they are part of the conversation. I'm sure this makes them feel "included." :)
ghostgal- As an avid paranormalist, I've heard literally 1000's of evp's- these are some of the best I've ever come across. Don't worry about the 'doubters'. Unless they've experienced it themselves, some find this unbelievable.. nor do they realize how many tedious hours you spend on (an active) site to get ONE useful evp. Have you ever asked one if there is a Heaven? I remember the story between the Husband and Wife in White Noise was true, in the part where he gets an EVP from his wife. They had agreed that no matter which one of them passed away first, the one who passed first would let the other know if there was a Heaven, and when he got an EVP from her, she said "Yes". Regardless of whether a ghost says yes or no to that question, I believe that there is a Heaven, I'm just curious to see if you've asked.
You ask alot of questions, and most of the time they DO NOT answer them directly but say what they want to say. I have not posed that question to them. I am more interested in getting them to say something rather than nothing, and if they feel your questions are offensive they will immediately stop talking to you.
i wouldnt, i know evp's often sound dodgey because the frequency that they are on is really low. to your other version of this comment, i dont have evp recorded evidance. and i know some are clearer than others when recorded. just in my OPINION they sounded to clear. i have experianced voice phenomena in my home, on numerouse occasions, and yes they sound clear enough to hear, but quiet enough to be something else.
I recently bought a digital recorder and caught a creepy evp in my bedroom. I can't understand what it's saying but it's a 2 syllable word. The voice speaking is very sinister sounding and scared me badly. I was afraid to sleep in that room for awhile, but nothing more has happened so I feel ok going in there now.
just went to a graveyard tonite, used my phone recorder and asked "is there anyone out here?" and no answer, then i asked "does anyone want to say anything?" and i got loud and clear on my recording..."im here" or "come here". i havent even blasted the frequency yet
There is a House in Eugene Oregon haunted by many Sprits (all of them nice, as far as I know) 235 E. 3rd Ave. Eugene Oregon (the Peroni House) You can hear Ghosts Partying Upstairs when You are Down Stairs in the Dining Room.

I only used the clearest EVP's to showcase here...we have many more that are too faint or just not intelligible and I didn't want to use those. We've been very lucky to have very clear EVP's- it's all about the frequency, baby. :)

Yes- the last one where she says, "You like looking at me" freaked the hell out of us. We didn't hear her at the time, but the front door opened and the candle blew out before we got that one. So it's a little freaky!

It's like fishing doll- sometimes you get stuff, sometimes you don't! These are some of our clearest and best ones. But you just never know if you're going to get anything or not. Keep doing it! :)

Yes, I use Adobe Audition so I can check the frequency levels of the voice in question. They should be minus 40-90 below our human hearing.

That is a good one- that was recorded in a private residence where someone was known to be shot in one of the upstairs bedrooms. Don't know if they are connected, but odd that this is the EVP we received?

Hmmm ... interesting. However, it is insufficient evidence to confirm its real... Also its on you tube which could be easily edited or manipulated. Its basically your word against mine. That is why, before i die, im going to go one one of these ghost hunts for myself! :)

I don't disagree- it will always be hard to prove ANY evidence to anyone else unless they were there during the investigation. We'll just keep plugging away at it though. :)

We have 2, high end Olympus Digital recorders that we use. We have used reel to reel in the past, but the digital is easier and clearer.

i remember one black friday of 2007, my cousin was waiting for his dad and this clear evp was heard my us. it was demonic, unfortunately i didn't have any equipment to capture evidence

I use a high end Olympus Digital Recorder. I also use Adobe Audition to check the frequencies. You can use any brand, however. Analog works too, but just make sure you use an external microphone to cut down on the sound that the reels will make.

Thanks Doll! :) They can answer specific questions, but most of the time they just speak randomly. Much of the time they answer OUR conversations which were not directed at them...like they are part of the conversation. I'm sure this makes them feel "included." :)

ghostgal- As an avid paranormalist, I've heard literally 1000's of evp's- these are some of the best I've ever come across. Don't worry about the 'doubters'. Unless they've experienced it themselves, some find this unbelievable.. nor do they realize how many tedious hours you spend on (an active) site to get ONE useful evp. Alas, there are many of us who are grateful for your efforts to inform, educate-- even entertain! Thanks for sharing & best of luck in all your future endeavors :-)

Have you ever asked one if there is a Heaven? I remember the story between the Husband and Wife in White Noise was true, in the part where he gets an EVP from his wife. They had agreed that no matter which one of them passed away first, the one who passed first would let the other know if there was a Heaven, and when he got an EVP from her, she said "Yes". Regardless of whether a ghost says yes or no to that question, I believe that there is a Heaven, I'm just curious to see if you've asked.

You ask alot of questions, and most of the time they DO NOT answer them directly but say what they want to say. I have not posed that question to them. I am more interested in getting them to say something rather than nothing, and if they feel your questions are offensive they will immediately stop talking to you.

i wouldnt, i know evp's often sound dodgey because the frequency that they are on is really low. to your other version of this comment, i dont have evp recorded evidance. and i know some are clearer than others when recorded. just in my OPINION they sounded to clear. i have experianced voice phenomena in my home, on numerouse occasions, and yes they sound clear enough to hear, but quiet enough to be something else.

I recently bought a digital recorder and caught a creepy evp in my bedroom. I can't understand what it's saying but it's a 2 syllable word. The voice speaking is very sinister sounding and scared me badly. I was afraid to sleep in that room for awhile, but nothing more has happened so I feel ok going in there now.

just went to a graveyard tonite, used my phone recorder and asked "is there anyone out here?" and no answer, then i asked "does anyone want to say anything?" and i got loud and clear on my recording..."im here" or "come here". i havent even blasted the frequency yet

There is a House in Eugene Oregon haunted by many Sprits (all of them nice, as far as I know) 235 E. 3rd Ave. Eugene Oregon (the Peroni House) You can hear Ghosts Partying Upstairs when You are Down Stairs in the Dining Room.

I dont care what anyone says...but if a spirit wants to be heard they can be loud enough to be heard...been hearing and seeing spirits since I was 6 and alot of them were loud enough to grab my attention.
