When I was a bartender going through college I personally seen the cops assault people make up fake charges and disrespect intimidate and embarras people who were intoxicated. Barney Fife here apparently got himself handcuffed to a suspect bigger than he is obviously taking away his escape route. The cop's about as stupid as they come.

Although you may think the arrest is unlawful, even the most experienced civil rights lawyers will never advocate resisting arrest in any circumstance. The video is biased because of the lack of audio and the edited out portions which provide the context of the stop. This cop put his life in jeopardy by getting himself handcuffed to a suspect without any backup. It is beyond stupid for an officer to get himself in that situation.
