  • first off please take what these guys say with a pinch of salt, you can build muscle with extra fat but if you want to tone yourself cardio is essential

  • wow some advice, dont lock out your joints, it was painfull just watching, go slower on the negative, up the weight, and before you do all that, lose the 40% extra fat

  • Dude....you will barely gain muscle when your body fat is over 15% and you do not look anywhere near 15%, you look like over 30% or even more. You need to slim down and do cardio first to get rid of the fat. When you're over 15% your body metabolism is more in tune to store fat from the food you eat rather than build muscle. Hopefully you've changed your ways by now since this is an old video.

  • Im not trying to sound like a know-it-all but you should do the reps slower... when your coming down go slow as to keep your arm under constant stress so that it rips it 2 shreds, then push back up and flex as hard as you can.

  • @CivilNL Funny, its has more effect the more power you produce per rep.. Going super slow isn't exactly powerful.. I suggest you read Christian Thibaudeau's work..

  • o yea and another thing do 3 sets of 3 exercises per body part, for chest i do bench press 3 sets 12/10/8 increasing the weight 3 sets 12/10/8 flyes and 200 press ups in 50X4 and my chest gets more and more defined every week. im gonna get a video or two up wen i get a camera

  • no offence man the weight u are using is way to light, the heavier the better and if u are trying to lose weight u should do twice as much cardio as weight training.
