hey guys i have a question. I usually hit chest on Sunday's and its sore for like 3 days but after that its repaired, so would it be more beneficial for me to hit it again the day its completely healed or wait the whole week? im 19 btw

@burleytrojans you can use a grip where you grab your tumb with your index finger. I believe its called a tumbgrip or something. Weightlifters use it. Some people who are verry stiff snap their tumbs up this way, so be carefull when trying it.
I dont know if theyve already done a vid on this but could someone advise me on this:... On pulling moves like deadlift (which is pushing as well I know) my grip always goes when I know my legs and back can lift more, should I use straps or not?
@burleytrojans If you have already tried using different grips first than yes use straps. Just make sure to train your forearms after so they can get stronger.
is carb cycling only for people who are already thin and want to lose the last little bit of fat or if your overweight can you do it without your weight bouncing back after awhile?
