Zu den Gefallenen und Schwerverletzten kam es, als die Soldaten frei auf der Straße standen, um die Fahrbahn von versteckten Ladungen zu befreien. Im ersten Feuerüberfall der Angreifer fielen dann die Kameraden - da hätte ein Panzer nichts genützt.Da sich die Angreifer danach in ein Dorf zurückgezogen haben und von den Häusern der Bevölkerung aus weitergekämpft haben wäre ein Panzer ebenfalls
@MrEcksack schwere kampfpanzer bringen da unten nirgendwo was.. sie wären leichte Ziele da groß und unbeweglich. unbeweglich deshalb weil sie kaum von der straße können, da man der bevölkerung nicht einfach durch den vorhof fahn kann.. desweiteren haben auch schon die amis im irak die erfahrung gemacht dass die 120 mm kaum nutzbar sind, da der schaden an der zivilbevölkerung in keinem verhältniss steht..
Auf dieses Video antworten... wenig sinnvoll gewesen, denn er hätte wohl größtenteils nicht mehr als seine MG einsetzen können (Nato-Vorgaben verbieten den Angriff auf zivile Einrichtungen bzw. den massiven Angriff mit schweren Waffen, da dies ein verbotener "unterschiedsloser Angriff" sein könnte).
Kampf- und Transporthubschrauber und Artillerie wären sicherlich sinnvoll, Kampfpanzer aber eher weniger.

but you should note: what has a "long" firefight in itself to do with the defense reaction of the body seen in the vid? extreme stress can cause this reaction and in this case is the most probably the answere.

These soldiers are from Lower Saxony, a federal state of Germany...over there they speak a very "clean" German almost without any dialect, so you can´t get "more german" verbally as this.

Back in the days when I was serving in the British Army (left them later to join the Irish Defence Forces) I was in Afghanistan twice with the Irish Guards. These days, as Irish soldier, I rarely get into a firefight, but if i stall had to, I would be damn glad to know that some German soldiers got my back. Rüstet die Soldaten in Afganistan besser wieder mit den guten alten G3's (es gibt ja noch genug davon) aus, die durchschlagen bei Bedarf auch mal die Wände der Lehmhütten und stecken auch noch Talibans nieder die sich dahinter verschanzen.
Das G3 und das MG haben das gleiche Kaliber.
Außerdem wäre es Sinnvoll die Aufklärungszüge mit dem Marder zu begleiten denn wie man weis richtet die 2cm BMK auch noch auf 2000 Meter Entfernung jede Menge ''gewollten Schaden''an.
das G36 wiegt mit Magazin 3,77 kg,das G3 wiegt mit Magazin 4,75 kg. Ich denke wir sind uns einig, das ein läppisches Kilo bei nem Gesamtgewicht der Ausrüstung von ca 45-50kg nicht wirklich ins Gewicht fällt wenn man die von dir beschriebenen äusseren Umstände von Temparatur & Zeit berücksichtigt. Und der Soldat den dieses "eine" Kilo an die Leistungnsgrenze bringt,sollte den Beruf wechseln :-)
Ich kann dir den Grund nennen. Die Bundesregierung hat mit den deutschen Rüstungsunternehmen Verträge die locker noch 30 Jahre laufen. Da wird dann am neuen Gewehren rumgetüftelt die dann in der Praxis unbrauchbar sind Und die BRD hat sich verpflichet diese Waffen abzunahmen. Tip: "Schwarzbuch Bundeswehr"
So werden auch lieber Millionen an Steuergelden an die deutschen Rüstungsbetriebe gezahlt um nach einer Abwehrwaffe....

but you should note: what has a "long" firefight in itself to do with the defense reaction of the body seen in the vid? extreme stress can cause this reaction and in this case is the most probably the answere.

Klar hätte man gerne ein Kaliber oder auch nur eine andere Art von Mun. die naja.. Bisschen mehr kaputt macht sage ich mal.. Aber es ist nun einmal so.. Leider.. Das G36 ersetzen wieso? Für die großen Entfernungen ab 600 m aufwärts ist die g36 eh nicht gedacht dafür ist die g3 und später einmal die g28 gedacht..

It's an MG3 . It's nearly the same like the MG42. It has NATO caliber and shout 1200 rounds per minute not 1500 rounds like MG42.

Jeder in der Politik kann von Krieg sprechen, aber wenn die Merkel es so nennen würde, dann setzten auch bestimmte Gesetze in kraft wie z.B das keine Wahlen gehalten werden können usw.
Deswegen stehen den dt. Soldaten auch nur begrenzte Mittel zur verfügung da es mittlerweile in der Öffentlichkeit zwar Krieg genannt wird, aber auf Politischer Ebene aber immer noch nur ein kriegsähnlicher Zustand ist.

Back in the days when I was serving in the British Army (left them later to join the Irish Defence Forces) I was in Afghanistan twice with the Irish Guards. These days, as Irish soldier, I rarely get into a firefight, but if i stall had to, I would be damn glad to know that some German soldiers got my back. Those Taliban cowards better watch out when you guys are around. Regards and respect from the 28th Infantry Battalion, Western Brigade.

@MsTRight jetzt verstehe ich...nachdem ich die Kommentare gelesen habe^^ Die Wehrmacht bestand größtenteils aus Menschen die sich vermutlich nicht in die Kategorie "Nazi" eingliedern lässt.Aber es gab durchaus Nazis in der Wehrmacht.Überwiegend jedoch waren Nazi-Ideale in der Waffen-SS oder den Führungspositionen vertreten. (aber auch nicht zwangsweise)
Die Wehrmacht bestand also aus (zum Krieg gerüsteten) Bürgern,und jeder Kampftaugliche Mann wurde zwangsrekrutiert,unabhängig von den Idealen.

Rüstet die Soldaten in Afganistan besser wieder mit den guten alten G3's (es gibt ja noch genug davon) aus, die durchschlagen bei Bedarf auch mal die Wände der Lehmhütten und stecken auch noch Talibans nieder die sich dahinter verschanzen.
Das G3 und das MG haben das gleiche Kaliber.
Außerdem wäre es Sinnvoll die Aufklärungszüge mit dem Marder zu begleiten denn wie man weis richtet die 2cm BMK auch noch auf 2000 Meter Entfernung jede Menge ''gewollten Schaden''an.

das G36 wiegt mit Magazin 3,77 kg,das G3 wiegt mit Magazin 4,75 kg. Ich denke wir sind uns einig, das ein läppisches Kilo bei nem Gesamtgewicht der Ausrüstung von ca 45-50kg nicht wirklich ins Gewicht fällt wenn man die von dir beschriebenen äusseren Umstände von Temparatur & Zeit berücksichtigt. Und der Soldat den dieses "eine" Kilo an die Leistungnsgrenze bringt,sollte den Beruf wechseln :-)

Ich kann dir den Grund nennen. Die Bundesregierung hat mit den deutschen Rüstungsunternehmen Verträge die locker noch 30 Jahre laufen. Da wird dann am neuen Gewehren rumgetüftelt die dann in der Praxis unbrauchbar sind Und die BRD hat sich verpflichet diese Waffen abzunahmen. Tip: "Schwarzbuch Bundeswehr"
So werden auch lieber Millionen an Steuergelden an die deutschen Rüstungsbetriebe gezahlt um nach einer Abwehrwaffe....

Dieses wird aber nicht in die BW eingeführt, weil die deutschen Rüstungskonzerne dann ja leer ausgehen würden. daher auch der satz von Horst Köhler Bundespräsident a.D aus 2010:" In Afghanistan geht es auch um deutsche Wirtschaftsinteressen." Für diesen satz hat er ordenlich schelte bekommen aus der Bundesregierung weswegen er dann zurückgetreten ist.

Weißt du, die scheiße ist ja das die da unten nicht die volle Ausrüstung bekommen, weil das ja eine "Friedensmission" ist und gut gepanzerte Westen, Nachtsichtgeräte, Drohnen und anständige Panzerfahrzeuge zu sehr nach Krieg aussehn. Die Politiker wollten lange nicht erkennen das unsere Soldaten IM GEFECHT sterben, nicht beim Blumen pflücken und das da unten KRIEG ist.
