If you listened to the environmental factors that Angela was ticking off ("no wind, good light"), she's on the same wavelength with Gibbs that Ziva is NOT going to miss the shot. It's like trash talking. Both Angela and Gibbs are replying, "Shyeah, right." to the bad guy saying, "She'll miss." That's why Gibbs smirked when he asked her, "What are the chances of that."

This scene def is all about Ziva and it was awesome but for what it's worth, I also love that last look between the little girl and Gibbs. It's like he's saying, "I knew you could do it." And she says back, "Thank you for trusting me and for protecting me." But yah Ziva is just about as cool as you get.

Right and both Gibbs and Angela are trash-talking. The bad guy doesn't believe Ziva has a shot so Gibbs smirked and Angela ran down those probabilities as part of the trash-talking syntax.

Ziva always had the shot and don't forget that Tony is the secondary shot. He may not be as well-known for his shooting but S2's "Marine Down" proved he is a great shot as well.

As we see in Season 1's "Marine Down," Tony could've made a shot like that, too. However, I think Gibbs was more sure of Ziva's shot than Tony's so if Ziva doesn't make the shot, Tony has the secondary shot.
