he's got a very real, down-to-earth appeal and that's why celebrities like doing his show. he also gets a lot of people that viewers WANT to see, ie; the trailer park boys, gordon ramsay, ufc fighters when they're in town, tons upon tons of musicians.

unfortunately i think he does well... the show obviously costs little to make and he seems to get any celebrity he wants (so people watch for that reason , god knows that's the only reason i'd watch) and he actually has a lot of people who like him, why? i don't know...

actually i didnt, and if you actually watched his shows, or if you even bothered to which i dont think it would be plausible, you'd know he doesnt support that "emo" trend, he also revolutionized much music during the time he was there, introducing the punk show and giving great interviews to great artists, even some celebrities praise him for his skills.
