  • @ausadl no :) i can not live without it :) ammi was saying the same thing, and i have bough very many new ones but they dont work well. ammi realised it too and leaves the new one bura bhala keh ne ke baad she puls my precious out :)

  • Daal means, dali hoye, cracked, pealed or split. whole seed is not called daal. its masoor, mash, moong...

    the one you are thinking is masoor.

  • bohot alag hain donon taste main, ye wali mujhey ziyadah pasand hai ger saath eak cheez kuch aur ho to wah. jaise bhindi piyaz, mujhey naheen pasand wo bhuni hoye :) halankeh dunyan us ki pichey pagal hai :)

  • Looks yummy! Bajia do you freeze your garlic? How do you freeze/thaw them? I want to get them fresh but I don't always cook pakistani food so sometimes it goes bad.

  • shops Are at a distance from my house so I buy in bulk. Mostly have fresh but I always keep some in freezer incise I don’t get chance to go shopping. Just put in in your freezer the way you get it from market. No need to thaw.

  • ye to mujh se kisi ne bara ke keh ker banwaye hai. achi bhali banaye edit ki aur ghalati se delete kerdi. bara he afsos howa. dobarah banaye sari. waqt he naheen milta

  • Hi Bajia, i face a problem that if i cook any lentils in my pressure cooker, the whistle kind of becomes starchy and sticky. Any way of avoiding it?

    I had been looking for this recipe for a long time, I guess this is also called Daal Makhani. Oh I will make it soon. How can i thank you? Your'e my food guru!

  • That’s very dangerous! Change your cooker and don’t get less then 7ltrs, daal 1-1-½ cup only no more than that.
