my brother used to live here and i used to go down every 2 weeks and i love it there in the winter because there is no tourists and its like a lovely little town by the sea. my favourite place in the world
Thank you so much for the post. I have lots of happy childhood memories in Looe with my family as we spent many a very hot summer here going back to the mid to late 80's. Used to always stay in the Albatross Cottages which are situated right on the front overlooking the beach. I remember taking my dog for walks in the evenings walking through the narrow streets where all the shops are and then onto the Banjo Pier. Used to visit Polperro lots of times - ahhhhhhh!!! GREAT MEMORIES - LOVE LOOE!!
