the video shows the m65 nuclear cannon being tested in the Nevada, it was part of the part of the Upshot-Knothole series of nuclear tests series of nuclear tests during the 50s. Cannon was deployed on the Korean and European theater. objective was to act as an intermediate but powerful warning before large scale nuclear attacks. check "Upshot-Knothole Grable" or "m65 nuclear cannon" in wikipedia for more info on the subject..

not techno....back to school Obseletesystems. techno usually has a solid 4/4 beat also.. where as breakcore (and other genres) , the theme is a break (a drum fill...) and the "fills" are more often a 4/4/ beat. Almost TOTALLY opposite to techno.

I'll do you one better. Breakcore, if anything, is an offshoot of the IDM crowd, minus the elitist wankerism involved in being "more intelligent than jungle." It kinda grates my nerves when people would readily lump, say, Rotterdam Terror Corps, Cari Lekebusch, DJ Bam Bam, and Bong-Ra under the same "techno" label. It's like saying zydeco and norteño are the same because they both involve accordions and typically employ non-English lyrics.

No you're confusing "techno" with "house". Gabber, Hardcore, Terror, Speedcore, Breakcore, etc. are Techno. I totally agree with you on that people taking things out of Genre. Like calling EBM or Industrial techno. When in reality it isn't.

The reality is...Techno is electronic music built for dance and often mixed by DJ's. this falls under those categories. Techno is the major genre, Breakcore is the subgenre. Funniest part is you're arguing with EVERYONE about it.
