@TehRealCanadarocker battlefield wise i would agree based simply on the skills of the people i know, however some games i would disagree although admittedly they are not as popular. but then again it does vary from person to person, i have a friend who is an amazing pc and console gamer for battlefield and he says that he finds the console more challenging, and also that the more casual community on the console is nicer to play on

The secondary reason I left console was the screaming 10 year olds that infested it, most of the time it wasn't a problem becuase I was in a xbl party but the level of stupid was often much higher becuase it was more accessible, but that is just my experience and probably doesn't stand for much.

This comment proves the fact that you havent gamed against pc-gamers, the skill-ceiling is way higher. With the "ease" of the mouse, it comes much more down to movement and perfecting your aim (of course this goes for consoles aswell), and not fighting the clunky hand-controller controls.

Gamers on PC also tends to be more dedicated, resulting in a playerbase with a higher average skill-lvl, which again results in a more challenging, competive scene on the PC.

Pcs have a greater level of control over movement just because of the mouse and keyboard, but you can get a XIM3 for xbox, which will allow you to use any imput to control your character

You press aim and it locks on to enemies. Battlefield has Aim-Assist. It helps you to stay on target, but doesn't lock on. Just trying to enlighten people, don't troll.
