Yes, Bianca found out later. In fact, at Leo's memorial service, Greenlee apologizes for the awful things she said. Bianca understands why she did it.

That's why it bugged me so much that Binks didn't try to tell her about the baby. WHY was she so fearful of Greenlee after all of this? Ugh, the writing for that storyline was so bad.
