I love the whole Nathan/Lucas and Lucas/Haley friendship. He really cares about them both. I can't even think how hard can it be to take the annoulment papers. If he didn't he'd feel like he was betraying Hayley, if did, than betraying Nathan. HOW can you give your brother (whom you've just started to get along) annoulment papers from the love of his life? That look in Chad's/Luke's eyes was powerful.

Nathans the one who told her not to come back because he didnt want her too, so shes just doing what he wanted.Even though i do see it from both P.O.Vs . She was a bitch though.She realized she made a mistake an episode or so ago. Shes prob just confused.,give her time.

well he did sign them first..and she was going to go back home to him and even said itd be her last show and the mistake was leaving him in the first place but then dan showed up with the annulment papers and besides she didnt even sign her name. she ended up writing "i love you" where her signature was supposed to go
