Aborted at 14, don't regret it one bit. If you want to know why, watch my video 'why i'm prochoice'.. then form an opinion of me. I'd rather see 100,000 abortions than one REAL person- a woman, or an actual born child, suffer or experience what I or my own mother did. I'd clap my hands and giggle if one woman/child could be saved from the act of even a MILLION abortions.. We're all living different lives, w/ different mindsets/abilities/resources- we aren't universally the same people/problems.
why should the fetus have more rights than the other? after all, no born human being has the right to use the body of another without their consent, so why should the fetus?
i have a few questions. why does the baby have the right to be there? it was formed there through mechanical processes. whether or not the woman wanted to have it there, the fetus did not ask to be conceived; in fact, it can have no hopes, dreams, desires, experiences, or anything until it achieves consciousness at birth. the only rights by which it is protected are the ones given to the mother. how can you give it rights without violating the rights of the mother?
i am a pro choice person. but of course i think its the mothers choice. of course, if its 6 months into the pregnancy and it dawns on you that you dont want the baby, well fuck your stupid ass, you waited too damn long. however, many pro life people like george W. bush condoned total war in iraq and afghanistan, killing sometimes innocent people in order to win. some people dont believe in the bible and for one thing its hard to have a baby, im not a woman, i agree with LiberalElitistMedia.
Listen George W. Bush went to war For 9/11 whether you want to think of it like that or not and last time i checked 85% of americans agreed with the war when we were in the first push. Secondly innocent people in Iraq is collateral damage and if it means that we kill 150,000 civilians to save 1 american life than that is important.
if ur so prolife then why do u belive that 150.000 civillians is colateral damage
that iraq war is a lost cause
also in todays society there are many rape victims that get pregnant and if abortion is made ilegal then they have to live with that nightmare over and over
also i may only be 14 but i have more sence then u ya gaped tooth mother fucker
Yungone, I strongly disagree with you. 150,000 civilians are not more important than 1 American life. And besides, the Iraq war did not save any American lives. We lost 4,000 Americans and had 30,000 casualties in Iraq, and Iraq was not involved in the 9/11 attack. Iraq was not a threat to a single American.
On abortion you make good points, but on war, you are deluded.
My view is that, while pretty strongly in favor of abortion rights, one can make an intelligent case on either side of the issue. This video points out an interesting paradox: the US government will not prosecute the killing of fetuses when it's intentional (abortion), but will when it's unintentional (e.g. a drunk driving victim. Strange logic !
That said, I also find a certain lack of consistency with most pro-lifers: many (most?) call abortion murder, but very few call for execution or life in prison (or whatever is your preferred penalty for murder) for doctors and mothers who conspire to kill an unborn child. That seems to me an inescapable lapse in logic. It says to me that most pro-life people really don't feel in their gut that fetus killing is the exact moral equivelant of adult killing.
@yungone931 hey heres a little advice for you: if you want to get someone on your side or prove that you dont have to be a woman to voice your opinion about abortion dont go round calling women stupid bitch's.
Every one of the sperm cells that aren't your children, you murdered.
