  • can we get these in the states?

  • @dbspaceoditty Sure mate, google 'streetboarding' and go to the us site at the top.

I recommend the Highland Streetboards boards.

  • nice work buddy! I was also thinking of doing a how to video on my new profile. one question though what is your preferred bearings? mine are conflict abec 7's but wheels are not as soft as i would like them to be, i can feel every stone i go over its quite irritating! what wheels do you have?

  • @daz7881 Thanks mate. Ah I'm not too fussed with the bearings, so long as they are fast! I think I've got Flip Abec-5's at the moment. As for wheels, I ride whatever I've got, but I hate super-hard wheels.

  • are the bearings and wheels sizes the same than skateboarding ones?

  • @SYMBIOTHExSKATER Yeah mate sure are.

  • @DevskG Damn straight dude. I don't know why people ride ripsticks, they should just buy a streetboard!

  • @skyfallen360 Yeah it's a kind of power-slide, but you don't let the wheels lose traction... You kind of carve in a few quick semi-circles and it brings you to a complete stop. Hard to explain unless you are actually on a board!

  • How do you stop at speeds?

  • @Goldenn16 Hey mate, you basically power-slide.

  • @streeboards Ahh, those sound awesome, lol.

  • so is this where they got the idea for a ripstick?

  • @rainshot Hey mate, pretty much yeah. Streetboards (snakeboards) were invented back in 1989. Ripsticks are basically a rip-off of streetboards, but aimed at young kids. The ripsticks came out once the original patent on the movement of the snakeboard expired.

  • how do you get one in NJ?
