  • So basically, what we're seeing here is that Nature is AMAZING! Wow.

  • I'm reminded of that old big I had as a kid: Bees can't fly but they do.

  • Nice capture!

  • Damm looks cool

The New one is allready out

(Casio EX- FH20). I don't know which one is better, both look very cool

  • thats the old one lol

    i have the new one

    or the EX-F1

    FH20 is slower

  • i think its an interesting camera, but to be honnest i think there will be a better one out soon. This one is alright but for what it can actually do, it's quite limited. I don't like the letterboxing of the image at 1200fps and it doesn't seem to go slow enough especially for stuff like this. It could do with goin down to 4000 or somethin

  • I'm sure a better one will come out eventually, and for less money. But keep in mind that I bought the EX-F1 for $1000 over a year and a half ago -- that's impressive, and there's still no comparable camera on the market today. You can wait forever for the next new thing, but sometimes, it's just time to go ahead and get what you can get. Technology always changes.

  • so the bees move their wings like 80 times per second

  • no much faster about 230 times a second

  • That bee is very slow :D

Thats very good camera work, it can be tricky to get a good shot at 1200 fps, thats really good and surprisingly clear.

  • He's flapping like mad, but doesn't seem to be getting very far, I haven't had much chance to try my F1 at 1200 yet, not easy to locate in the narrow beam.

  • Very nice!

  • Woow - perfect!
