How did you bend the wood into those curves sitting on the rotating wheel? Just some really thin strips and then alot of glue?

@MrKaddan each piece is a double strip of 1/8" baltic birch softened in hot water and dried in a form to make the shape. Then glued together in the form after drying and sanding.
