@convergecult2009 I think Disgorge is on hold for now, they removed their website and their forum on SMNnews, also their myspace hasn't been updated since Bens funeral. I've been looking everywhere for some official statement about the current situation of the band, i still hope they manage to find the strength to carry on with the band. RIP Ben

You simply cannot, with common sense and a trained ear, think that anyone was better or more brutal than Matti Way as Disgorge's vocalist. What I hearon Consume the Forsaken is just sheer hate. Matti Way brings more brutality on the table but I'd say A.J. is far more devastating in the end. Even though with all the overlapping vocals on the album he can deliver live still. And I prefer that. What he lacks on simple guttural brutality he compensates it with intensity and emotion, uncomperatable with Matti's work on She Lay Gutted. He was on his prime on Cranial Impalement.

AJ is amazing dammit! Levi sucked in parallels of infinite torture IMO, he's much better in pathology, matti was also great in cranial impalement but not as good in she lay gutted and he's weird in liturgy. Disgorge owns, 5 stars! I just wish I could be in one of those shows =(
