There should be two points noted;
1. That the Quran refers to Allah's enemies. Who are the enemies of Allah? Those who publicly attack Islam and hurt the Muslims. The verse refers to those who are guilty, ONLY those who are guilty IN BATTLE. ATTACKING ANY INNOCENT REGARDLESS OF RELIGION IS FORBIDDEN!

Then we would believe that you are serious about the war on terror.
If millions of Muslims started marching around the world on a regular basis holding such signs there would be change.
