Splinter Cell Conviction highest settings GTX 460

I heard this game is a crappy port and that you only get 40 fps on a GTX 580... it looks like this isn't competely true, but is this a bad port? Is there any reason to say it is?

lol when you shot that guy in the head, he made an animation like "OH YOU SHOT ME IN THE HEAD OWWW" then died....yeah I think if you shoot someone in the head they're not going to have time to feel pain
