It's a neat place to be now. We are moving there this year and restoring a cute old Victorian. We moved to Leander when it was the size of Taylor, and it grew way too fast. I like the slow pace and real personality of Taylor. The only bad thing I could see was the streets need fixing, beyond that, it's a sweet town. The streets are a big issue, because if they are fixed, I bet it will start growing too fast. Catch 22.
Keep up the growth! That's great! More people more jobs! More people NEED more jobs! More demand on the water gas electric phone, roads, more roads, more road repair, more congestion more pollution! That's great! Grow! Just like any other town full if greedy, stupid people! Crime rate goes up. You're going to take care of your old buildings? SURE YOU ARE, just like every other town that experiences "growth!" Get that population up! "Develop" that empty land! Stupid.
