They should ALL be home. You people at the DoD and the Bush people get me so sick. We have an economy about to collapse because of the mistakes made by those in power, not listening to major investers and to Ron Paul who predicted this years ago, and we Print money from thin air and BORROW(richest country borrows?) from China to fund a war....we can not afford it. I really hope and pray all troops can come home soon, even if it means them thinking we 'retreated', which WILL save us a lot.
