Hey! Have you thought about intellectus diet (just google for intellectus424dietcom)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my mate lost a ton of weight with it.
what else can stevia be used in ? is it like an sweetner than can be used in baking etc, or just fluids !!?? also how long does the grape fruit juice keep for & how do u store it ?..eg; plastic or glass better ??

Mmmm I can't use citrus for the life of me...acid reflux and ulcers - trust me, not even worth a few sips without health problems in reaction. I SO MISS grapefruit juice fresh squeezed and organic please! I can't stand blended juice though, way too much foam and ruins the consistency, it's like swallowing flavored air bubbles!!! I prefer to just toss it in a glass canning jar cup and throw it in the freezer for 20 minutes to chill or just toss in ice right after I make my juice. Craving juice!
@MyOwnStickFigure Ps. What did you do with the pulp? Discard it or use it? Grapefruit/citrus with pulp is divine on the rocks... and if you don't like pulpy then just blend it with your ice... think of the pulp as little scrubbers on the gi tract - wonderful detox in general though with citrus fruits. Hope you make use of the pulpy bits, they need love too!
@mshealthfirst It is made by SweetLeaf. I found it in my local organic market but you can also find it online. It is a little pricey but it should last a long time because you only need a few drops each time. Thanks so much for watching. :)
I just have the problem of being highly underweight my whole life, and have finally decided to do something about my appearance and posture, so my question would be if it's possible to gain a lot of weight (muscle) staying on the raw food, because raw and living foods is the only thing that makes sense for me at this point, and i don't wanna swich back... thanks a lot, brother, and sorry for the long comment,,,
@Mediterran23 Yes, there is no doubt you can build muscle mass on raw foods and I have heard many people gaining muscle when they made the switch. I have gained about 20 poundsof muscle since I switch. Just make sure you eat lots of dark greens and fruits to get you though your workout. You can also use superfood powerds for extra protein, such as raw protein power, or hemp powder.
hey brotha thanks for ur inspiring vids, always stimulating for trying out new raw things..
I would like to ask something as you are an expert in this field, and that is, how to gain weight (muscle mass) staying on the raw foods. I got into the "scene" mainly because of detoxifying from all the alchohol and smoking and drugs almost all my youth (i'm 27 now), and it's a year and a half now that i'm detoxifying.. i went into the total opposite extreme and i'm a completely different person now..->
Hey Santiago, looks good! I seen P. Allen Smith, that gardner guy, he grows stevia as an herb & just picks it & uses it like in tea or something, he didnt say if he dried it or just used leaves, but I know you are growing a garden & so am I, so just thought I would mention it, I am going to give it a try. Just an idea! :-)
I made pink grapefruit, apple, grape, and pineapple juice. So refreshing!
