Questions about these items should have been ignored. Cops always ask questions you don't have to answer to create conversation!!

In Indiana you are required to identify yourself. I do agree that you are allowed to have the camera and record. The cop does not have to tell you why you were pulled over. Also a cop does not have to show you the radar gun.
I dont know where u are from, but in the state of California, you do HAVE to produce a driver's license when pulled over. It is an arrestable offense if you do not based on not having satisfactory evidence and a citeable offense just for not having it in possession.

You are wrong. If you are pulled over, which is a detention, by the police and you are the driver, you 100% have to give them identification. If you have no identification, the officer can take you to jail for not having identification. Officers do not have to prove anything to you. If you want to fight the reason for the stop or believe you did nothing warranting a traffic stop, and you have received a citation, then you go to court and argue it there.
Now it's actually not an arrestable offence, you are required under the *ACT* to have a drivers licence to *OPERATE* a *MOTORVEHICLE*, not to produce it. Need to do some more research before your input. Also, might want to look up some definitions before you put any input.

Oh its not "punishment" as a bill of attainder would describe, as I said before articulation of what I was doing during the entire time of the stop is what counts in court. There is an almost unlimited amount ways to justify time...officer safety issues,vehicle inspection, the MDT (in car computer) is running slow , time to reasearch laws, dispatch is behind, I write slow, my favorite song is on...ect.
Now remember I only do all this if the subject is being disrespectful or ignorant, or like in this case just like to give the officers a hard time. To be honest most officers (the one in the video) don't even want to deal with people like that.
Do be careful some local ordinances may have some odd laws (video taping law enforcement wile performing official duties) could count as disorderly conduct, depending on how the ordinance is written.
