There are much easier ways to do this, still for free, without bluetooth.. MUCH easier, IMO.

@Knextlegend Hell no. I used a couple of different programs such as MyJal media pal and AoAudio EX. to set the tones and then upload them to the phone via MyJal.

@WildlifeSeriaLKiller I actually found another program that works pretty well called Create Ringtones (I know, very original name) the only drawback is you only get a 15 day trial.

I followed all the instructions listed. I converted and finished fine. CBR 48, Freq 8000 and Mono, saved file to desktop, right clicked to send to Bluetooth device. I get the file started and is small enough and short enough. When the file is just at the end of loading, I get "Invalid File Type". Has anyone else had this problem? How did you fix it?

@j5e5n85 yeah, to do it, you need a BlueTooth adapter on your computer. If you have a mac, then, most likely, there will be one on there. If not, you can buy a cheap $5-10 one off amazon . com, but check your computer before spending any money.

When I tried sending it through email, it never worked for me either. The only way I found to send the ringtones to my phone is Bluetooth. Most Macs have built in Bluetooth, so if you have a frien with a mac,see if you can borrow it or something

Blaze media pro is only a trial, you could try uninstalling it and then redownloading it, or put it on a usb stick...that hasnt failed

Getting ready to attempt it myself, except using a data cable instead of blue tooth

I got it to work, had to purchase a bluetooth adapter.

However you said to save the file from blazemedia as a MP3, it gave me invalid file format everytime on my phone.. So I tried exporting it from blaze media as a wav, and it worked perfectly.

However my audiofile is 200kb for 26 seconds.. gonna see if I can get it smaller without losing too much quality
