I haven't seen much of Voy or Ent but all of the others and some of Voyager as of now my favorite captains would be

1: Picard (no doubt I love this guy)

2: Kirk

3: Janeway(like her so far but breaking the prime directive twice in the first 3 episodes put her behind Kirk)

4: Sisco(if it weren't for the Emersery thing he'd be higher)
