People can use U.S. IP Proxy addresses and one foreigner can make innumerable accounts. My sister had foreigners invading her web-site supporting Mr. Paul and Obama in 2008. We know both candidates received foreign campaign contributions though online donations. This has to stop.

Perry received campaign contributions of close to $30,000 from Merck and then roughly $377,000 to the Republican Governor's Association, of which Rick Perry was chairman at the time. To make matters more questionable, Perry's former top aide was an employed lobbyist working for Merck.
