The ending was funny with Mario drowning and that soundeffect, plus the ending music in slowmotion. :)

And I liked some of the jokes - but I would recommand cuting your footage shorter, with the aim to "cut it right to the joke" (still gotta leave some room for developing a certain atmosphere, like with that tree-drowing-thing, that was good), that would increase the "humor/minute"-ratio.
