This wasat the Cathedral of Chapel Hill in Decatur, GA a suburb in Atlanta. At that time the pastor was Bishop Earl Paulk. He has since passed on. This was an Azusa Convention (around the world, meaning different serveices could be seen in different locations) hosted by Bishop carlton Pearson.

Earl Paulk was involved in some type of sex scandal and after that, his ministry started to suffer a bit.

Didn't Earl Paulk die sometime this year or last year. His church is no more; a new church has taken over at his former church location in Decatur, GA.
