I like the poem. I too long to dip into the waters of healing. Have you ever read the book "Hinds Feet in High Places?" It is an allegory about suffering and finding God.
and then.... he didn't!! very good. thank you for sharing your gift and edifying the body of Christ...in such a time as this.. :) God Bless you Jonah....
Hello brother, that was such a beautiful put piece of poetry. May God continue to remind you that he is right there, waiting for the proper to time to make all things new. Love you with the love of the Lord. Your Sister in Christ.
One question. HAve you ever heard of breathing exercises like meditation. MAybe that would be your next step....I c ontrol my mind and hevaiour doing slow breathing when I act in life.
It's true, meditation helps me a lot. I tell my brain to tell my eyes not to do it, that they don't need to, that all they need to do is be calm. I don't always remember though and sometimes I'll get notified that I'm doing it by other people :-p I hope that eventually it'll become subconscious that I tell my eyes to be calm, but I'm not holding my breath for it.
I like the end, an the then...dun dun dun...he did. :) Brilliant poem, on an amazing man. To imagine the thoughts that ran through his mind then that the lord could do such infinite wonders. Right on!

This is a cool idea to make poems about the Gospels. It's the perfect model for creativity. Nothing inspires more than the Bible itself.
