  • THat seagate that i mentioned in another comment failed on me like 3 days after i got it. I got a replacement though. :)

  • Can't stand these quarter screen videos.

  • I'm using a 3 year old OWC mercury, it's kinda big but blazing fast, especially with fw 800. It's also very reliable and built very well, no problems whatsoever.

  • Looks good.

  • i have the same 1 i use it as my time capsule its a good product

  • I have the Lacie Rugged All-Terrain 500GB HD with the Triple Interface. I'm using it as a backup drive for my iMac. Nice review mate

  • Thats meant to be an absolute beast isn't it :D

  • Yeah, I was really tempted to get the scorpio for my macbook pro a few months back but then thought i would get a basic WD and get SSD when its cheaper

  • nice man

  • I just picked up a seagate 1TB for $169 which is like $80US It's about the width of a cd case height-wise. I love it so far. Mine has 2 year warranty too :D

  • I think I have exactly the same thing

    seagate expansion?

  • No he has western digital and u have seagate

  • aww sorry big man didnt mean to comment and don't think i was even talking to you ??? hmmmm

  • well apparently you replied to me

    so yes you did

  • wtf the problem anyway does it actually matter

  • i dont know why i havent tried a seagate before (to me they are all the same lol). i guess i've just stuck to what ive used before

  • They are mostly all the same, The only reason I have a seagate is that it had enough memory and was around the price i wanted to pay for a portable hard drive, If i would have seen a western digital for less but same memory i would have got that

  • Yeah, there is no "Mac Hard Drives" its just a Ploy on peoples misconceptions that apples hardware (ram, Hard drives) needs to cost more. all the mac edition is, is a Hard drive Pre Formatted with HFS+, which the user can do with any western Digital drive and Disk Utility

  • ye i wanted the first gen HDD, but i thought they were completely stopped i mean these came out a while ago, but on ebay you can still get them ! oh well lol

  • I have a 500gb western Digital, it's a beast. SO big!

  • Eveyerthink you said was true i have one but 250gb love it, Westerdigital are the bes imo

  • Nice video man, The screen flow setup is pretty nice man, I think you should stick with it!

  • Thanks for that, I was going to make a video to see which setup you guys preferred. Screenflow to me is a little more detailed and the videos turn out very nice on it.

  • Nice!!!
